On March 8th, International Women’s Day, IRTG 2804 invited curious passers-by to take a pause on our hot pink bench in front of the Stiftskirche in Tübingen. Using question cards on women’s mental health, visitors could test their knowledge—and with each correct answer, spin our wheel of fortune to win small prizes such as mental health resource cards, pocket mirrors, pens, cake, and more.

The event attracted a lot of attention and sparked meaningful conversations. We were encouraged by the openness, thoughtful questions, and genuine interest in both women’s mental health and our research. The day underscored the value of public dialogue and awareness in addressing gender-specific aspects of mental well-being.
