As part of International Women’s Day, on 8th March, our phd-researchers Serenay Yazici Sarikaya and Edita Karavidaj led a workshop in Prizren, Kosovo, focused on scientific insights into hormonal changes.

Women from diverse backgrounds participated in open dialogue about how hormonal shifts—during puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause—affect mental well-being. While the workshop aimed to share knowledge and raise awareness, it also created a meaningful space to hear and learn from each other’s lived experiences. The strong engagement underscored the importance of promoting understanding of women’s health across all life stages.
