We’re excited to announce that our PhD researcher Anna Denninger published her latest research in Biological Psychiatry Global Open Science!
The study shows that rapid estradiol increases and individual differences in emotion regulation dynamically shape gray matter volume in the right striatum. These findings emphasize the relevance of female hormonal profiles for brain and mental health, pointing toward more personalized, hormone-informed healthcare.
Thanks to Annas supervisors and all co-authors!
